Free Parking for Playhouse Subscribers

The cost of parking for subscribers is covered by the La Jolla Playhouse as one of the benefits of your subscription. Parking permits were mailed to subscribers in November 2024.

Subscribers must display a parking permit to access this free parking when you come to see 3 Summers of Lincoln in Feb-Mar 2025. Please ensure you follow these instructions to avoid getting a ticket:

  • Clearly mark “X” in black ink on the month and day used.
  • Place permit date side up on driver’s side dash. The entire permit must be clearly visible.
  • Permits are mandatory for all performances
  • UC San Diego operates campus parking lots. Citations will be issued if a valid permit is not placed in your car window with that day’s date clearly marked. Do not lose your parking permits and keep them in a safe place – permits are one-time use only and cannot be replaced, exchanged or redeemed for cash. One permit issued per household. A permit is void if erased or altered. All parking citation inquiries must go directly to UC San Diego Parking.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is free with a Disabled Person (DP) placard or license plates in the Theatre District Parking Structure.

Please see detailed parking info above. Designated disabled parking can be found on level one (area 1A), on the right as you enter. Then proceed to elevator P1 and take it to level 1 for level access to the Playhouse.
