WOW Festival 2023 is fully free to attend, but reservations are recommended. For limited capacity projects, reservations are required. Limited capacity projects include: 360<\/i>, The Cell Plays<\/i>, DRIVE<\/i>, THE END<\/s><\/i>, Fair Trade<\/i> and Workshops. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHow do I reserve a ticket?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

To reserve a ticket, select a specific WOW project and click on Book Now for the performance time of your choice. Or visit the Schedule page, where you can browse a full day\u2019s schedule, displaying the various projects taking place that day, and select Book Now for the performances of your choosing.<\/p>\n

Please note, all ticket reservations are processed by La Jolla Playhouse except for the following. Reservations for Sunset Yoga, hosted by Fit Athletic, will redirect you to Eventbrite where you can complete your ticket reservation. Tickets for La Lucha, a Without Walls Event that is not part of the festival lineup, are available for purchase through Fever, this event\u2019s official ticketing partner.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDo I get a physical ticket?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

There are no physical tickets for WOW Festival. You will receive a confirmation email for the projects that you book, please make sure to keep that email for your records. Most WOW projects take place within and around The Rady Shell, however, there are specific projects that will take audiences elsewhere, please see details below.<\/p>\n

The Cell Plays<\/i> | The Jail Museum<\/strong><\/p>\n

Audiences meet outside The Headquarters at Seaport Village (see letter I <\/b>on the WOW Festival map), a 20-min walk from the main festival grounds. Please take travel time into consideration when scheduling performances both prior to and after this play.<\/p>\n

THE END<\/s> | Bus Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n

This event takes place on a school bus that will board at the Bus Stop (see letter F <\/b>on the WOW Festival map). This event leaves the festival site and returns at the end of the performance. Mid-show elective departures require audience members to supply their own transportation back to the start location.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat do I need to bring to WOW?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

To fully enjoy WOW Festival 2023 and the variety of unique art experiences we recommend that attendees bring a smartphone, headphones, and a portable charger for your electronic devices. You are welcome to bring chairs and blankets, but with action happening all over the park, be prepared to shift their location throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Because the WOW Festival is almost entirely outdoors, we recommend you bring a hat, sunscreen, a warm layer for after sunset and water.<\/p>\n

Ambient Transmissions – <\/b>Audiences can tune-in with their own headphones and smartphones at any time over the weekend to hear HeraKlean radio. Access available onsite.<\/p>\n

Fair Trade
<\/i><\/b>Participants must bring 3 items they own to trade with a stranger. Please note, items made of glass are not allowed at The Rady Shell.<\/p>\n

  Comfortable shoes are highly recommended to enjoy a full day of WOW. Due to the proximity to the water, festival-goers may prefer to bring a blanket and wear layers for the cool evenings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIs seating provided for some shows\/projects?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

  Some WOW Festival projects will have limited seating available. For projects with required reservation and a limited capacity, attendees should plan to arrive on time to ensure their seat; seats will not be held for latecomers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
