STEP 1 – Download
Download La Jolla Playhouse’s App in the App Store or on Google Play.

STEP 2 – Login
Use your existing La Jolla Playhouse account email and password to login. Don’t know if you have an account? If you purchased tickets online at LaJollyPlayhouse.org you already have an existing account with us. Click the forgot login button to reset your password. New? Just click Register and Sign Up.

STEP 3 – Access Your Account
Once logged in, your tickets should show up in the home screen. If they don’t, please select the My Account (Person) icon in the upper-right part of your screen.

STEP 4 – Select My Tickets
Once you have opened your account, select My Tickets.

STEP 5 – Find Your Performance & View Tickets
Your performances will be listed. Select the performance you are attending. Mobile ticket barcodes will be displayed 2 hours prior to your performance. In the case that you are not able to see your barcode within the 2 hours prior to your performance, please visit the box office.

STEP 6 – Scan Your Ticket at the Door
Please turn up the brightness display on your phone and the usher at the door will scan the ticket barcode(s). Swipe to view additional ticket barcodes in your order for the same performance.

MOBILE TICKETING FAQS

I just purchased tickets, but can’t see the ticket barcode.
Ticket barcodes will be available 2 hours before of your performance. If you are at the venue and your barcode is not visible, please visit the box office.

How can I ensure my La Jolla Playhouse tickets will scan at the door?
Download the app and log into your account via your smartphone prior to arriving at the venue. When you arrive for your performance, be sure the brightness of your phone is turned all the way up!

What if I cannot see my tickets?
If you are logged into your account and still do not see your tickets, please go to the box office or contact the box office at 858-550-1010 or [email protected].

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. Once you select your show, you will be able to swipe left or right to see your available tickets.

What if my mobile device’s battery dies?
We encourage you to charge your device before you come to the theatre, but you may always go to the box office for assistance.

Do I have to use the app to access my tickets?
The use of the app is optional and made available for your convenience.
