Easy Exchanges!

If you cannot attend a Playhouse performance on your scheduled night, call the Box Office at (858) 228-1010 before 1:00 pm on the day of your performance and we can exchange your tickets to an alternate performance of the same play.

Lost Tickets?

If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, the Playhouse Box Office staff will reprint them for you at no charge.

Missed Your Performance?

If you miss your performance, you can receive replacement tickets to an alternate performance of the same play for a $10 per ticket replacement fee. These tickets must be reserved in person the day of the show you would like to attend. You will also be required to present the unused tickets for the missed performance. Please note that many performances sell out in advance and subscriber replacement tickets cannot be issued for a sold-out show. We encourage you to call the Box Office at (858) 550-1010 to check on availability for the performance you wish to attend. We also recommend that you come to the Box Office for replacement tickets no later than 45 minutes before the show.

If you would prefer to have a reserved seats for a future performance, you can use your invalid tickets for a $5 discount off of regular ticket prices. Ticket prices vary by play, seat location and performance; prices range from $29 - $100.

Savings on Additional Tickets!

You may purchase additional tickets throughout the year at reduced rates. Complete Collection six-play subscribers save $5.00 on additional tickets. Player's Choice, Sampler and Pelican Pass subscribers save $3.00 on additional tickets.

Youth Ticket Discounts!

Subscribers can purchase youth tickets (ages 17 and under) for half price when the young person is attending on the same night as your subscription. Please note that some Playhouse plays are unsuitable for children under age 17. We encourage you to review the play description on the website or call the Box Office at (858) 550-1010 to learn about the age recommendations of a particular play.

Savings on Education Programs and More!

Subscribers receive discounts on the Playhouse's summer theatre programs for young people, on Playhouse gift shop merchandise and at area restaurants and attractions.
